CERTIFICATE OF GRADUATE STUDY IN ADVANCED NURSING
College of Nursing

The College of Nursing offers courses that use live, televised satellite, videocassettes, and two-way interactive video instruction that benefit degree-seeking students as well as professionals in the field of nursing. Distance education offerings from the College of Nursing include a significant number of the core curriculum courses toward the Certificate of Graduate Study in Advanced Nursing (Nurse Practitioner). It should be noted that no nursing graduate program can be obtained completely through distance delivery.

Admissions Requirements
For admission to The Graduate School, a baccalaureate or higher degree from a college or university accredited by a regional accrediting agency is normally required. Applicants should submit a complete application packet including official transcripts of college academic work, letters of recommendation, and official score on the Graduate Record Examination (GRE).  The Graduate Bulletin and Admission Application are available online.
