If you indicated on either a non-degree or degree seeking application
that you are a South Carolina resident, you must complete a
South Carolina Residency Certification Form from the Legal Residency Office. This form should be faxed or mailed
to the Legal Residency Office. Failure to return the requested information will result
in a determination that you are not eligible to be assessed in-state tuition and fees.
