If you indicated on either a non-degree or degree seeking application
that you are a South Carolina resident, you must complete a
Residency Form from the Legal Residency Office. This form should be faxed or mailed
by to the Legal Residency Office. Failure to return the requested information will result
in a determination that you are not eligible to be assessed in-state tuition and fees.
