INTERDISCIPLINARY MASTER OF ARTS,
BUSINESS EDUCATION
College of Hospitality, Retail, and Sport Management |
|
|
The Interdisciplinary Master
of Arts (IMA) is designed for college graduates who hold a
professional teaching certificate and who wish to earn a master's
degree. Major emphasis in this program is placed on
business and technology education. This program is sufficiently
flexible to meet student needs in teaching areas and to develop
professional knowledge while taking courses online from home
or work. Business education in South Carolina and in
many other states is considered a critical field which means
that means that there are not enough teachers qualified to
teach Business and Technology education in K-12 schools. |
